Our hotel features over 5,000 square feet of modern and attractive conference room facilities including meeting rooms, presentation rooms, banquet halls, and more. Our entire Oklahoma City conference center can accommodate up to 400 guests theatre-style and 200 guests in rounds for an elegant catered event. We offer a wide array of audio/visual services, individually climate and lighting control. Events can be catered with the expertise of our onsite restaurant's service professionals.

Our meeting rooms are updated with the latest features of wireless and hard-wired high speed Internet. Audio visual rentals are optional for meetings by ordering through the meeting coordinator.

Only 10 minutes from the airport, we feature two airport shuttles and offer daily transportation to and from the airport from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. We also feature our own Metro Transit covered and lighted Trolley Stop directly in front of the hotel. The Metro Trolley is a unique Antique Cable Car-style shuttle service that travels to exciting Bricktown, downtown, the fairgrounds and other areas in OKC.
