If you’re visiting Oklahoma City at the end of May, then you couldn’t have picked a better time to visit! In the last days of the month, we have a trio of awesome events taking place across the city, which will guarantee that everyone in your traveling party is able to have a good trip away from home. There’ll be music, family-friendly festivals, and a chance to explore the city in a group bike ride. Check out the details below, and begin getting excited for a fun few days.

Music for a good cause

What could be better than listening to a live concert, all the while enjoying a scenic view? On May 25, you’ll be able to see Samantha Crain performing in the sunshine at the Oklahoma City Zoo. There’ll be craft drinks, food, and, of course, fine, fine music. The event is 21+.

Family chuckwagon fun

Enjoy two days of chuckwagon fun at the Annual Chuck Wagon Festival, which will be taking place at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum on May 26 - 27. There’ll be food, petting zoos, music, Western performers, square dancing, and so much more at this family friendly event.

A scenic bike ride

Want to see Oklahoma City the scenic way? Then make sure you take part in Full Moon Bike Ride and Run on May 29. You’ll be lead through a scenic 5k stretch through downtown, with the full moon coming into view as the ride progresses.

To make sure you have all the energy to enjoy all the events above, make sure you have comfortable accommodation: and where better than the best hotel in Oklahoma City? At the Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy your trip to the city, including an indoor spa and sauna, an all you can eat buffet breakfast, and on site restaurant offering delicious meals.
