Two Shows You Cannot Miss

What an odd experience… Hundreds of people flock to a single covered location to watch a few people do some fun tricks and put on a show.  All in the name of entertainment. Of course, the tradition dates back to ancient times and evidence is shown in how the ancient cathedrals and coliseums were created just for that. Numerous, countless, seats all situated to face one central point. Quite fascinating.  And the tradition lives on; here are three events that have the same structure, but all for varying reasons.
 

2019 AQHYA Built Ford Tough World Championship

The AQHYA-- wait, the what?! The American Quarter Horse Youth Association World Championship comes to Oklahoma City from August 1 through to August 11, 2019.  Join everyone in this spectator sport as some of the best and most talented compete for 42 coveted world championship titles.

Hamilton

Hamilton; the American Musical is a song and rap musical that has a focused view on the life of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.  The story bases itself around the 2004 biography of Alexander Hamilton.  Experience the early days of great America from the view of Hamilton and how the barriers he faced. The show features from July 30, 2019, to August 19, 2019, over at the Civic Centre Music Hall in Oklahoma City.  Ticket prices vary on seating and dates.  Nothing beats the rich history that has built the foundation for what the nation of America is today.
