Reservation Policy

Whether you are visiting the city for a business meeting, convention, or family vacation, the Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn is the perfect choice for convenient accommodations near the Will Rogers World Airport.

  • Check-in is any time after 3 p.m. (Early check-in requests can be accommodated when available, for a fee)
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible, for a fee)
  • This property considers guests aged 17 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. (Exceptions for some special group rates and packages)
  • Please advise us of the exact number of adults and children when making your reservations.
  • We are a Pet Friendly hotel and allow up to two dogs per rented room with a maximum size limit for any one animal of 80 lbs. Other pet types may be allowed, please speak with hotel management prior to making a reservation. A $20 per day pet fee will be charged per day. There is a refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $50 required at check-in. Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you are planning on bringing a pet with you when you stay with us.

  • A valid bank issued credit card must be presented at check-in.
  • You may pay by credit card, travelers checks, or Best Western Travel Card upon departure.
  • A valid bank issued credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival (except for specially discounted prepaid reservations). If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

  • Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel your reservation by 6:00 p.m. 24 hours prior to the day of arrival unless specified otherwise on your confirmation (some prepaid or special group rates).
  • Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records. No adjustments will be made without a cancellation number.

  • All rates are confirmed and will be charged in US Dollars.

  • All room rates are based on single or double occupancy (except government per diem rates). Fees may apply for additional guests.

  • Rollaway beds are available for a nominal fee, subject to availability.
  • Cribs may be obtained complimentary, subject to availability.

  • Parking is available free of charge during your stay.

  • Pets are allowed with restrictions.
    • Up to two dogs per rented room. Other animal types must be approved by management prior to booking
    • Pets must be less than 80 lbs
    • $20 pet fee per day

    • All pets must be in a pet carrier when left unattended in the room
