The BEST WESTERN PLUS Saddleback Inn and Conference Center, a 220-Room Full-Service Oklahoma City Hotel, is now accepting applications for the position of Food and Beverage Director.
This position manages approximately 5,000 sf of banquet, meeting room and catering space, a full-service restaurant, room service operations and a 50-seat club. Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Director in a hotel is a plus for potential applicants but not required.
Successful candidates should have some combination of Food Service Management in a Hotel F&B Operation, freestanding full-service restaurant or a banquet/catering operation. Knowledge of POS systems is a plus and a basic understanding of MS-Excel and MS-Word is required. Experience in inventory management, purchasing, menu planning and employee scheduling, training and supervision are essential.
