Food & Beverage Director

The BEST WESTERN PLUS Saddleback Inn and Conference Center, a 220-Room Full-Service Oklahoma City Hotel,  is now accepting applications for the position of Food and Beverage Director.
 
This position manages approximately 5,000 sf of banquet, meeting room and catering space, a full-service restaurant, room service operations and a 50-seat club. Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Director in a hotel is a plus for potential applicants but not required.
 
Successful candidates should have some combination of Food Service Management in a Hotel F&B Operation, freestanding full-service restaurant or a banquet/catering operation. Knowledge of POS systems is a plus and a basic understanding of MS-Excel and MS-Word is required. Experience in inventory management, purchasing, menu planning and employee scheduling, training and supervision are essential.

The Best Western Saddleback Inn and Conference Center was awarded the prestigious Best Western "Chairman's Award" in January 2010, or as it is currently named for Chairwoman Beth D. Campbell, the "Chairwoman's Award".

The Chairman's Award is awarded to Best Western Hotels who score above a 980 out of 1000 points on a property assessment which inspects and measures product quality, cleanliness, engineering standards, design quality and service quality.
