I usually always stay at Best Western, at least 95% of the time. This is the "Best" Best Western that I have ever stayed at. It is a relatively new hotel, but the decor was very eye catching. I especially liked the woodwork in the restaurant. Everyone was extremely helpful and very professional. Very warm and friendly. Especially the front desk. I was very impressed with the service and willingness to try to meet your needs. Above and beyond what you usually get at the front desk. I travel quite a bit on the job and am usually booked into "high class" hotels. But I was so impressed with the service at this Best Western that I recommended we try to stay more often at Best Western on our business trips. I would suggest that you pattern all your other Best Westerns after this one. I consider friendly and helpful service much more important than staying at the Hilton, Colcord, etc. Thank you! Please be sure to pass the thanks along to your crew at Saddleback Inn! They were wonderful!
