Dear Mr. Powell:
My family and I had a fantastic family reunion and all of us have agreed that it was one of our best (or possibly the best) reunion celebrations.
Everyone on your staff, from the front desk, restaurant hostesses and servers, banquet facilities, and shuttle service, to senior management, went out of their way to make sure that we had a very pleasant and memorable experience. It was obvious to us that your hotel places a high priority on its customer service training. Everyone went out of their way to demonstrate that they valued our business.
When my husband and I arrived early at the hotel prior to the commencement of our family reunion, Vanessa Davis and Don Jaeger met with us to show us around the hotel and to fine tune our reunion needs. They allotted us all the time we needed to ask questions. Vanessa took the time to go over room assignments and graciously made changes that would facilitate putting elderly family members closer to the hospitality suite and other family members closer to their immediate family.
Working with Vanessa to initially set up our contract with your hotel was effortless. We discussed my reunion plans and she constantly came up with solutions that would accommodate our needs. This is the first time in 29 years that anyone had suggested that we set up the tables in our hospitality suite in a “family-style” configuration…we’ve always done “banquet-style”. She listened to my needs and offered me a “better” solution, which we loved and are now adopting for our future hospitality suites.
We are now looking at Best Western Plus Hotels in other cities for our future reunion venues across the USA. We also hope to book your hotel again for any future OKC family reunions.
We had such a positive experience that I posted favorable reviews on yahoo.com and tripadvisor.com so that I could share this information with others.
