Dear Lori, Tom, Byron, Bryson and the charming young ladies at the desk,
My wife and I want to thank everyone, particularly those at the front desk for a wonderful stay, June 4-6, 2010. The room was neat and tidy, the breakfast delicious and the service the finest I have ever experienced in America. Your sightseeing and dinner recommendations were oustanding. We lacked for nothing, except perhaps for cooler weather.
As a matter of interest, except for company-paid travel, I have been staying at Best Westerns exclusively since 1967. We have always found them to be well located, clean and a good value.
But, in our opinion, Saddleback Inn and Conference center is the "Best" of the Best Westerns.
We attribute Saddleback Inn and Conference Center "Gemutlicheit" to your staff. They are outstanding!
